There are a number of resources that can help you understand and deal with the issues surrounding dyslexia and specific learning difficulties. These are just a small sample of those resources. But finding and participating in your local dyslexia association will be a huge help in finding more resources and support.

Coloured Overlays and Spectacles

Some people find that having coloured lenses or overlays can be of help reducing "visual stress", which has also been known as Mears-Irlen Syndrome or "Scotoptic Sensitivity."
